Actions

Multiattack. The tyrannosaurus makes one Bite attack and one Tail attack.

Bite. Melee Attack Roll: +10, reach 10 ft. Hit: 33 (4d12 + 7) Piercing damage. If the target is a Large or smaller creature, it must succeed on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or be swallowed by the tyrannosaurus. A swallowed creature has the Blinded and Restrained conditions, has Total Cover against attacks and other effects outside the tyrannosaurus, and takes 21 (6d6) Acid damage at the start of each of the tyrannosaurus's turns.

If the tyrannosaurus takes 40 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, the tyrannosaurus must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate all swallowed creatures, which fall within 10 feet of the tyrannosaurus in the Prone condition. If the tyrannosaurus dies, a swallowed creature is no longer Restrained by it and can escape from the corpse using 15 feet of movement, exiting in the Prone condition.

Tail. Melee Attack Roll: +10, reach 10 ft. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) Bludgeoning damage.
