Description
Basic poison is a carefully prepared toxin that can be applied to weapons, ammunition, or traps. This vial contains enough poison for one use, coating one slashing or piercing weapon or up to three pieces of ammunition.
Usage Instructions
Application: As an action, you can apply poison to one melee weapon or up to three pieces of ammunition. The poison retains its potency for 1 minute or until you hit with the weapon or ammunition.
Effect: When you hit with the poisoned weapon, the target must make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or take 1d4 poison damage in addition to the weapon's normal damage.
Duration: Once applied, the poison remains effective for 1 minute or until used, whichever comes first.
