Description
A spell scroll contains the words of a single 1st-level spell, inscribed in magical writing on fine parchment. The scroll is consumed when the spell is cast, releasing its stored magical energy.
Usage
Activation: As an Action, you can read the scroll aloud to cast the contained 1st-level spell.
Requirements:
- The spell must be on your class's spell list, OR
- You must succeed on a DC 11 Ability check using your spellcasting ability
